This winter, Zuma will bring its contemporary Japanese dining experience to Saint-Barth, opening in the heart of Gustavia in late November 2026.

Set overlooking the harbour, Zuma Saint-Barth is designed to capture the island’s distinctive blend of understated glamour and lively social energy. The seasonal restaurant will open seven days a week from 6pm until 1am, welcoming guests through to April 2027.

The setting will lend itself naturally to long Caribbean evenings, with an intimate indoor dining space complemented by a semi-outdoor area with high-top seating overlooking the waterfront. Guests can expect the evening to move effortlessly from sunset drinks and dinner into late-night cocktails, with a resident DJ bringing a livelier atmosphere as the night progresses.

At the centre of the experience will be Zuma’s three kitchens: the main kitchen, sushi counter and robata grill. Each will draw on traditional Japanese techniques while delivering the contemporary flavours and sharing-style dishes for which Zuma is known. An extensive drinks offering will include signature cocktails, fine wines and premium sake.

The arrival of Zuma adds another international name to Gustavia’s winter dining scene, further establishing the harbour as a destination for sophisticated dining, drinks and nightlife.

Reservations are now open and can be made online here.
